HOW DOES THIS WORK?
- First, you need to create an account.
- Then, you can order a Fairytale Baby Book or Gift Certificate.
- As part of the process, an information page of questions needs to be completed.
- Once submitted, our writers will incorporate the answers into your fairytale.
- A copy of the story is then sent via e-mail for you to proofread.
- As soon as we receive your reply indicating the information is correct, we print and ship your Fairytale Baby Book.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE THE DRAFT TO PROOFREAD?
- 5 business days
ONCE I HAVE APPROVED THE DRAFT HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PRINT AND SHIP MY BOOK?
- 3 business days
CAN THESE STORIES BE WRITTEN FOR MULTIPLE BIRTHS, ADOPTIONS, SAME SEX PARENTS, OR A SINGLE PARENT?
- Yes. Since each fairytale is personalized, we can accommodate all types of parenthood.
CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL INFORMATION?
- Possibly. There would be an additional charge. Please contact our customer service department for further information.
HOW DO I CHOOSE A PHOTO TO UPLOAD?
- Selecting light and bright photos will produce the best results. We recommend finding a photo from your personal collection that is high quality or high resolution
WHAT IS A HIGH-QUALITY PHOTO?
- A high-quality photo is a high-resolution image. If your photo is blurry or dark, it is not a high-quality photo and we suggest you select another. Light, bright, and clear photos look best printed inside the book.
- We recommend single-shot, close-up photos with your subject facing the camera. For best results, avoid photos with busy backgrounds.
CAN I SCAN THE PHOTO?
- We recommend scanning as a last resort.
- If you must scan, use only a high-quality photo and set your scanner to import in high resolution.
- If your photo is below minimum resolution requirements, we will ask you to supply a higher quality image. It may also delay production of your book.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed. All cancellations must be made via email
- Our personalized stories are created just for you. Our intent is to start working on your Fairytale Baby Book as soon as possible, so there are no delays in it arriving in a timely fashion.
- We appreciate your understanding.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
- Fairytale Baby Books will email you a draft to proofread and approve the information you provided is correct. There is no additional charge for the proof.
- An additional charge will apply for changes after-the-fact.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING?
- “Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. We’ve done our best to give you an estimate of when your order will arrive, however delivery can happen sooner or later than the time frames provided.
- Service interruptions, weather delays, or seasonal periods of the year may attribute to delays. We’ll do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
HOW DOES ORDERING MORE THAN ONE FAIRYTALE BABY BOOK AFFECT SHIPPING?
- Shipping costs are per book. Package limitations require that each book be sent separately.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Yes! Tracking updates are automatically sent to the email address provided on the completed information page.
CAN I RETURN MY BOOK OR GIFT FOR A REFUND?
- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Fairytale Baby Book. We do our best to make sure it is free of defects or error.
- Remember, this is a highly personalized product that cannot be returned unless there is an error or defect. Please contact Customer Service within 10 days of receipt to assist you with any problems.
